★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato 3 piantine (seccate) da aggiungere a altre piantine uguali dentro a 12 vasi. Chiesto di cambiarle, xchè uguali, ma varietà diverse. Mi è stato risposto di no.Chiesto se potevano farmi almeno un buono oppure comprare altre piante di uguale o superiore importo. Niente da fare.
Dopo 20 anni che acquisto piante da Bertoloni sia per me che per i miei genitori (conosco praticamente tutti quelli che ci lavorano), sentirmi dire che non mi cambiano 3 piantine , sinceramente ci sono rimasto male. Credevo che dopo 20 anni ci si potesse istaurare un rapporto anche di fiducia tra acquirente e venditore. Mi sono sbagliato.
Mi dispiace sign. bertoloni, ha appena perso 2 clienti. Da oggi acquisterò altrove ( tra le altre cose, mi sono informato altrove non mi creano questo problema). In un periodo come quello che stiamo passando, qualche piccola concessione a clienti da 20 anni si poteva tranquillamente concedere.

Bought 3 seedlings (dried) to add to other identical seedlings in 12 pots. Asked to change them, because they are the same, but different varieties. I was told no, asked if they could get me at least a voucher or buy other plants of the same or greater amount. No way.
After 20 years of buying plants from Bertoloni for both me and my parents (I know practically everyone who works there), being told that I don't change 3 plants, honestly I was disappointed. I believed that after 20 years a relationship of trust could also be established between buyer and seller. I was wrong.
I'm sorry sir. bertoloni, has just lost 2 customers. From today I will buy elsewhere (among other things, I have inquired elsewhere they do not create this problem for me). In a period like the one we are going through, a few small concessions to customers for 20 years could easily have been granted.
