Ringrazio il posatore che mi ha dato consigli (usare cera) per la perfetta manutenzione. 10 years later I can say that the wooden floor has remained beautiful and without necklines. Dopo c.a otto anni dal montaggio di un parquet prefinito pagato carissimo perché ritenuto il top, si sono manifestati distaccamenti della parte nobile dall’inserto in legno un po’ ovunque. Adesso ci ritroviamo con un pavimento totalmente da cambiare e ovviamente a carico nostro, dato che il signor Florian dopo il sopralluogo nel quale ha appurato e confermato che si tratta di un difetto di fabbricazione, ci ha liquidato dicendo che ormai siamo fuori garanzia! VERGOGNA!! DO NOT BUY FLORIAN PARQUETS !! Bad experience! Voglio rispondere al titolare su quanto ribadito in merito alla recensione pubblicata da mia moglie sul gravissimo danno a noi provocato. In primo luogo vorrei evidenziare che il "pool" di esperti che hanno analizzato la nostra situazione sono giunti ad una errata conclusione: infatti non è possibile che il distaccamento del parquet sia dovuto al sottofondo cementizio in quanto NON ESISTE ALCUN SOTTOFONDO CEMENTIZIO bensì il parquet è stato incollato in un precedente pavimento in gres porcellanato. Le lamelle staccate non si sono ritirate né in lunghezza né in larghezza, semplicemente si sono staccate, ormai ovunque, perché la colla utilizzata nell'assemblaggio fra legno e supporto era scadente, come confessato per vie brevi dal titolare Florian. Inoltre non capisco come ancora venga sottolineato che la fornitura è stata fatta da un negozio della zona: rimane il fatto che il prodotto fornito E' SCADENTE! Rimane il fatto che il nostro pavimento, pagato a caro prezzo, si è praticamente staccato ovunque ed è facile immaginare il danno provocato, senza alcuna assunzione di responsabilità da parte del produttore. Ancora una volta avete dimostrato la scarsa serietà della vostra azienda, riportando pubblicamente circostanze del tutto false. DO NOT BUY FLORIAN PARCHETTI! I want to respond to the owner on what has been said about the review published by my wife on the very serious damage caused to us. First of all, I would like to point out that the "pool" of experts who analyzed our situation have come to a wrong conclusion: in fact it is not possible that the detachment of the parquet is due to the cementitious substrate as there is NO CEMENTITIOUS SUBSTRATE but the parquet is been glued to a previous porcelain stoneware floor. The detached slats did not retract either in length or in width, they simply came off, now everywhere, because the glue used in the assembly between wood and support was poor, as confessed by short ways by the owner Florian. Furthermore, I do not understand how it is still emphasized that the supply was made by a local shop: the fact remains that the product supplied IS EXPIRED! The fact remains that our floor, paid dearly, has come off practically everywhere and it is easy to imagine the damage caused, without any assumption of responsibility by the manufacturer. Once again you have demonstrated the lack of seriousness of your company, publicly reporting completely false circumstances.

Marco che mi ha illustrato i diversi prodotti di loro produzione rigorosamente made in Italy, aiutandomi nella scelta definitiva. Devo dire prodotto molto bello ed esalta al massimo il pregio della casa, materiale di ottima fattura! Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva e consiglio vivamente di affidarsi alla Florian nella scelta del parquet. I bought the parquet for the renovation of my apartment from Florian. Florian è stata una bella scoperta, arrivata dopo un’attenta ricerca su quale potesse essere il parquet con il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo. Parliamo di un prodotto di fascia molto alta che, comprato direttamente da loro, siamo riusciti ad avere ad un prezzo molto concorrenziale. Andando a visitare la loro fabbrica vi renderete conto della serietà e della qualità del legno e delle colle. Il Sig. Duccio è il classico veneto che non cerca di convincere il cliente con troppi giri di parole; semplicemente vi descriverà il parquet e lascerà a voi la scelta sia della forma che del colore, dandovi dei campioni da poter portare a casa e sui quali ragionare con calma. Ottimo anche Enea Daniel, il posatore che ci hanno suggerito per il montaggio qui a Roma (lo trovate su fb come “Design Parquet di Enea Daniel”) Quattro stelle per un piccolo problema sulla fatturazione, comunque risolto in tempi brevissimi. Consigliatissimo. A great parquet. Florian was a nice discovery, which came after careful research on what could be the parquet with the best quality / price ratio. We are talking about a very high-end product that, bought directly from them, we were able to have at a very competitive price. Going to visit their factory you will realize the seriousness and quality of the wood and the glues. Mr. Duccio is the classic Venetian who does not try to convince the customer with too many turns of phrase; he will simply describe the parquet and leave the choice of shape and color to you, giving you samples to take home and to think about calmly. Excellent also Enea Daniel, the installer they suggested to us for assembly here in Rome (you can find him on fb as "Design Parquet di Enea Daniel") Four stars for a small problem on billing, however solved in a very short time. Highly recommended.
