Siamo soddisfatti in pieno. Il titolare, il sig. Alessandro, ed i suoi collaboratori hanno lavorato rispettando i tempi, il preventivo e preoccupandosi di lasciare tutto in perfette condizioni. Il nostro nuovo giardino (90 mq con erba calliope) è la felicità dei bambini che possono giocare liberi di non sporcarsi e di non rovinare l'erba e piace anche al gatto. Ditta seria fatta da professionisti!!! Da consigliare assolutamente. We were looking for a company specialized in synthetic grass in Umbria and we entrusted the florartegarden for the realization of our lawn. We are fully satisfied. The owner, mr. Alessandro and his collaborators worked respecting the times, the budget and taking care to leave everything in perfect condition. Our new garden (90 square meters with calliope grass) is the happiness of children who can play freely not to get dirty and not to spoil the grass and the cat also likes it. Serious company made by professionals !!! To be recommended.

Dopo aver parlato con Alessandro (persona gentilissima e super simpatica) abbiamo deciso di installare un prato dubai 4,5 cm con una lingua di sassi bianchi con luci. Mi ha consigliato di mettere un prato anche sul muro perimetrale (che era cemento grezzo). Che dire... sono arrivati, hanno pianificato e poi hanno iniziato a lavorare. Molto preparati e attenti alle mie esigenze, attenti ai dettagli e molto meticolosi. Tra un caffè e un’altro hanno realizzato un’angolo di paradiso!?? Devo davvero ringraziarli perchè oltre ad essere degli ottimi professionisti si sono dimostrati anche molto simpatici e alla mano. Da qualche giorno mi sto godendo il prato insieme alla mia famiglia... soprattutto mio figlio!? Un ringraziamento ad Alessandro e Antonio!? I followed Florarte for a few months before deciding: I saw some of their beautiful works and contacted them for my future garden. After talking to Alessandro (a very kind and super nice person) we decided to install a 4.5 cm dubai lawn with a tongue of white stones with lights. He also advised me to put a lawn on the perimeter wall (which was rough concrete). What can I say ... they arrived, they planned and then they started to work. Very prepared and attentive to my needs, attentive to detail and very meticulous. Between a coffee and another they created a corner of paradise! ?? I really have to thank them because in addition to being excellent professionals they have also shown themselves to be very nice and easygoing. For some days now I have been enjoying the lawn with my family ... especially my son! ? Thanks to Alessandro and Antonio! ?
F	Francesco Turi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa con l e-commerce ordinata e pagato 516 euro con bonifico una spazzolatrice verso il 20 dicembre dello scorso anno,dopo una decina di giorni mi avvisano che le spazzolatrici nn sono disponibili a magazzino e sarebbero arrivate dopo 1 mese. E vabbè nn dovrebbe ma può capitare...dopo 1 mese chiedo nuovamente e mi viene detto che nn si sa quando le spazzolatrici torneranno disponibili,e vabbè puo succedere anche questo anche se nn dovrebbe visto che sul sito dava il prodotto regolarmente disponibile. A quel punto chiedo i soldi indietro ci è voluto piu di 1 mese per riavere i miei soldi tra l altro pur avendo dato tutti i dati nn mi è stata fatta la fattura avendo pagato dal conto aziendale....bonifico fatto a fine dicembre riavuti i soldi indietro dopo 2 mesi circa ... la beffa è che la cifra non mi è stata restituita neanche per intero ma si sono trattenuti 16 euro di spese di spedizione mai avvenuta. Ignorata qualsiasi richiesta di avere indietro la cifra mamcante la cosa da fastidio non tantp per i 16 euro che nn mi cambiano la vita ma per una mancanza di rispetto e serietà... Negative experience with e-commerce ordered and paid 516 euros by bank transfer for a brushing machine around December 20 of last year, after about ten days they warn me that the brushing machines are not available in stock and would arrive after 1 month. And oh well it shouldn't but it can happen ... after 1 month I ask again and I am told that no one knows when the brushing machines will be available again, and oh well this can also happen even if it shouldn't since the site gave the product regularly available. At that point I ask for the money back it took more than 1 month to get my money back among other things despite having given all the data nn I was invoiced having paid from the company account .... bank transfer made at the end of December I got back money back after about 2 months ... the joke is that the amount was not returned to me even in full but 16 euro of shipping costs were withheld which never occurred. Ignored any request to have the mamcante amount back, the thing bothers me not so much for the 16 euros that don't change my life but for a lack of respect and seriousness ...

Lavoro eccellente e svolto molto bene nonostante le basse temperature di questo periodo!! Alessandro e’ fortissimo !!! Preparategli un caffè all’ora e lui e’ operativo!!! Anche i ragazzi sono stati molto precisi e hanno trasformato il mio giardino!! Alessandro ha molte idee da mettere in campo , e’ un vero professionista?
