L'istruttore che ci segue ha tanta pazienza ma la cosa più bella è che con l'app puoi avere la tua scheda personalizzata e puoi prenotate le tue lezioni. Nice environment, courteous and super helpful reception service. The instructor who follows us has a lot of patience but the best thing is that with the app you can have your own personalized card and you can book your lessons.

Sono bene organizzati per l'emergenza covid.. sono stata molto bene. The center is beautiful ... there is nothing to say, you have to book in order to go a day earlier or a few days earlier. La piscina con tutti quei scivoli merita veramente..ma prega Dio di non affogarti e non pesare troppo ..gli aiuti bagnanti avranno fatto 50kg con tutti i panni, non facevano rispettare le distanze di sicurezza..tutti i bambini in fila sugli scivoli attaccati..W i contagi!! Se curassero di più la sicurezza sarebbe veramente bello. We were in the pool during the week, there was a lot of people I guess the weekend. Alle 18:00 quando chiudono gli scivoli e si ha voglia di uno spuntino il bar anche se aperto non ha più nulla da mangiare e il personale dice che stanno in pulizia... Le pulizia si fanno dopo la chiusura in qualsiasi attività che si rispetti. In tre minuti quattro persone come me erano in attesa e si sono sentiti dare la stessa risposta... Pecca TOTALE sono le receptionist all’ingresso, che per la loro maleducazione e indisponibilità, ti fanno venire voglia di andartene appena arrivi. La direzione dovrebbe capire che le prime persone che un cliente incontra non dovrebbero essere così arroganti.. Discreet structure. b	beatrice85ful on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora avevo pagato un abbonamento per figlia mia (corsi di piscina) è arrivato lockdown, mi hanno detto che possono ricuperare le lezioni che non gli ha fatte durante le chiusure, poi quando hanno riaperto questo anno, alla casa mi hanno detto che non possiamo ricuperare le lezioni perché ci è scaduto l'abbonamento!!! Beh... ho lasciato stare e non ho detto vabe succede e i faccio un abbonamento da un altra parte. Poi abbiamo continuato a frequentare la piscina esterna per svago/divertimento finché un giorno è andato per prima mio marito con i nostri figli ha pagato l'ingresso per tutti 3 più 1 ombrellone e due lettini, io per motivi lavorativi sono arrivata più tardi per ragiungerli, secondo me era normale di pagare solo l'ingresso invece mi hanno fatto pagare obbligatoriamente 1 altro ombrellone e 1 altro lettino dicendomi che per motivi del Covid-19 non mi possono lasciare a raggiungere la mia famiglia che hanno già pagato. Se permettete per me è una rapina, non lo consiglio a nessuno per i loro modi di fare e come trattano le persone. Capiamo che la situazione è brutta ma non devino prendere per fondeli le persone, le famiglie poi! If you allow me it is a robbery, I do not recommend it to anyone for their ways and how they treat people. We understand that the situation is bad but they must not take people for melting, then families!

Devo dire che hanno un po' offuscato quel che poteva essersi conclusa come una bellissima giornata. Scivoli chiusi un'ora prima, irremovibili, a parte un episodio in particolare nel quale si sono scagliati vs 3 bambini che rimanessero nella piscinetta dello scivolo?? Successivamente sempre alle 18 iniziarono a far capire che erano in chiusura. Chiudendo e pulendo in modo poco discreto e abbastanza esplicito sdraia, ombrellone, ecc per far capire che per loro era finita la giornata. A me mi hanno fissato più volte, inutilmente perché fino alle 18:45 Non mi sono moss. Ho rispetto per il lavoro altrui ma reagisco male alla prepotenza e ai modi sgarbati. Peccato perché è bella5☆, Sempre Pulita4☆, Divertente 5☆, Piscina un po affollata, impossibile nuotare 2☆ Fortunatamente più della metà delle persone sono li per il sole o il relax. Quindi non è un problema. Bagni sempre puliti ma non chiudono bene dall' interno ? Mi auguro che non diventi una come tante che continui a fare la differenza.
