Tutto veramente ottimo! Γ‰ la seconda volta che ritorno. Carbonara al tartufo superlativa!!! Ho assaggiato anche gli altri primi ed erano di ottimo sapore e qualitΓ . I secondi, anche se ero strapieno perchΓ© le porzioni abbondanti, finiti tutti ! Ottimi, consigliatissimo ed obbligo di provare!!!!! Bravi!
All really great! This is the second time I return. Superb truffle carbonara !!! I also tasted the other first courses and they were of excellent flavor and quality. The second, even if I was full because of the generous portions, all finished! Excellent, highly recommended and a must to try !!!!! Well done!

Pensavamo di trovarci in un ristorante più naif e invece abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di cenare in un ambiente decisamente raffinato, anche se la colonna sonora di cover anni '80 era al limite del film di Sorrentino. Il rosso di montefalco ha fatto il suo effetto, così come le due mini-tartare servite come antipasto: una allo yogurt, miele e senape e l' altra al tartufo. Lo spadone in stile brasiliano di carne marinata con ingredienti segreti era strepitosa, ma la bistecca di cervo mi ha deluso, poco connotata, decisamente troppo cotta, senza succhi, non aiutata dall'essere servita sulla pietra ollare, che ne ha continuato la cottura. Ottimi i porcini alla griglia e libidinoso il soufflé con cuore di cioccolato fondente abbinato ad un gelato fresco. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ci ha fatto uno sconto di 4 euro, pertanto ne abbiamo pagati 80, inoltre ha omaggiato la mia amica con una rosa rossa. Ah, la versione origina le di "Africa" dei Toto ci ha fatto cantare a squarciagola anche se a bassa voce!
We thought we were in a more naΓ―ve restaurant and instead we had the surprise of having dinner in a decidedly refined setting, even if the soundtrack of the 80s cover was on the verge of Sorrentino's film. The Montefalco red made its effect, as well as the two mini-tartare served as an appetizer: one with yogurt, honey and mustard and the other with truffles. The Brazilian-style broadsword of marinated meat with secret ingredients was amazing, but the venison steak disappointed me, little connotation, definitely overcooked, no juices, not helped by being served on the soapstone, which continued cooking. The grilled porcini mushrooms are excellent and the soufflΓ© with a dark chocolate heart combined with fresh ice cream is lustful. The owner, very kind, gave us a discount of 4 euros, so we paid 80, and she also honored my friend with a red rose. Ah, the original version of Toto's "Africa" ​​made us sing our hearts out even if in a low voice!

Only place in the area where it is possible to get the most common and anonymous food that you can find everywhere in Italy at an outrageously high prices justified by the name dropping of a famous chef seen in tv shows. With same money spent you get to eat real good in almost every other restaurant around. Not humble, not tasty, not value for what you spend. Far gone from the traditional cuisine. They certainly will not see me again. In addition, the waiting time was around 1h for one single dish - considering the place was not full. I dont think they have recurrent customers as those who have been, will never come back. The restaurant is looking for a short term gain per customer. Do Not go.

Four of us had lunch here today. The food was absolutely delicious. Top quality ingredients. Steak tartare, sliced steak with mushrooms, creamy burrata, home made pasta, semi freddo and zuppa inglese deserts. Good wine list. Very nicely presented restaurant, open grill, big meat fridge, spotlessly clean. Lovely service and staff. As a bonus because we booked through The Fork we were given a 20% discount on the a la carte menu. I don’t know how long this offer will run but it’s worth checking out. We all really enjoyed our lunch today and recommend this restaurant.
