m	micio felino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la Suite non è all'altezza del nome che porta. Cucina non ben attrezzata e pulizie fatte in modo sommario. Unfortunately the Suite does not live up to its name. Kitchen not well equipped and cleaning done in a summary way.

Spacious room and balcony. Friendly staff. But I would have added a vacuum cleaner in the bathroom and more things for the kitchen such as dishcloths and sponges.

Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse hätten wir mehr erwartet: Es war durch eine benachbarte Baustelle laut, der Balkon bot Platz für einen Wäschetrockner ODER zwei Stühle, das Bad war so klein, dass nicht mal ein Klopapierrollenhalter Platz fand und hatte nicht mal eine Belüftung(natürlich auch kein Fenster). WLAN war nicht vorhanden, Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen und für einen Parkplatz musste man auf der Strasse suchen - allerdings musste man dafür nichts extra bezahlen, außer eine Kaution. Positiv war die außerordentlich freundliche junge Frau an der Rezeption und auch an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Very disappointing. At a hotel in this price range, we would have expected more: it was loud due to a neighboring construction site, the balcony had space for a tumble dryer OR two chairs, the bathroom was so small that there wasn't even room for a toilet paper roll holder and didn't even have ventilation (of course also no window). WiFi was not available, breakfast was not included and you had to look for a parking space on the street - but you didn't have to pay anything for it, except a deposit. The extremely friendly young woman at the reception was positive and there was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness.

L'hotel è molto vicino al bagno convenzionato e offre una tariffa vantaggiosa per il parcheggio, inoltre il corridoio e l'ambiente in generale è molto pulito. Il personale è stato cortese, sia alla reception sia per quanto riguarda la donna delle pulizie. La colazione si può fare direttamente al bar dentro l'hotel, e anche qui c'è un'offerta vantaggiosa. La camera che ho prenotato è la Trepponti: grande il giusto, carina e confortevole, con tanto di minibar. Consigliatissimo! Exquisite experience! The hotel is very close to the associated bathroom and offers a convenient parking fee, plus the corridor and the environment in general is very clean. The staff was courteous, both at the reception and as regards the cleaning lady. Breakfast can be made directly at the bar inside the hotel, and even here there is an advantageous offer. The room I booked is the Trepponti: big the right, pretty and comfortable, complete with a minibar. Highly recommended!

S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non penso ci tornerò, non era sufficientemente pulito e onestamente non capisco come un appartamento con la polvere dietro i divani e sotto il letto come possa essere "sanificato" come ci è stato detto in reception. Inoltre le stoviglie erano pochissime costringendoci ogni volta o a lavarci i piatti o a far partire la lavastoviglie. La portafinestra era pesantissima da aprire e la "vista mare" del secondo piano era ipotetica...quanto alle dimensioni dell'appartamento era stile film "ragazzo di campagna" I don't think I'll be back, it wasn't clean enough and I honestly don't understand how an apartment with dust behind the sofas and under the bed can be "sanitized" as we were told at reception. In addition, the dishes were very few forcing us each time either to wash the dishes or to start the dishwasher. The French window was very heavy to open and the "sea view" on the second floor was hypothetical ... as for the size of the apartment it was a "country boy" movie style

S	Santi Roc Castells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy about this place in year 2019 and we therefore came back in 2021. Unfortunetly, the standard of the room went down as many things was broken. Further, one staff member was rude to us multiple times during the stay. Guila (i think that was her name) was really friendly - a lovely and really helpful woman! We might be back again to give it another chance - especially if they start to offer breakfast again.
