★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found flakes design on Instagram. She had posted some beautiful espresso and coffee cups that I was very interested in. I reached out and within 24 hours I had cost, shipping and potential tracking if I still chose to order with her. She was helpful every step of the way, extremely kind and gracious with me. I am in the states, and had my package within 4 to 5 days of her shipping them to me!! I will definitely be visiting her store when I get back to Italy and ordering from her again!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some custom plates from Flakes and had the pleasure of working with chiara. She’s so responsive, understanding, prompt and kind! She made my experience problem free even though I was doing a custom order and mailing it to the US. She also wrapped everything so well that even though the currier mishandled the package, nothing was broken or damaged. Flakes has really wonderful handmade stuff from artisans all over Italy. Be sure to visit if you’re in Rome (or shop online (worldwide shipping) like I did). Highly recommend!

Her customer service is personal and extremely responsive. She wrapped and shipped the plates to me in the U.S. and they arrived very quickly. I simply cannot say enough about Flake’s and Chiara. I look forward to visiting in person some day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great store! I bought a set of espresso cups for my husband for Father's Day and a journal for myself, and they are all beautiful. I would have loved to have visited in person, but live in California, and the trip with two little kids is too hard during the pandemic- so I ordered the items and had them shipped. Everything arrived so quickly and in perfect condition!
