★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’unica nota positiva è il personal trainer di sala, disponibile e competente. Per il resto: attrezzi base e troppa gente in un luogo così piccolo. L’ideale per chi vuole scambiare due chiacchiere, non per chi vuole allenarsi. D’estate l’allenamento è misto ad una sauna, si suda da fermi per la cattiva areazione della sala.
The only positive note is the room personal trainer, available and competent. For the rest: basic tools and too many people in such a small place. Ideal for those who want to chat, not for those who want to train. In the summer, training is mixed with a sauna, you sweat while still due to bad ventilation in the room.
