I've been going to this gym for a while. Very good Teresa the owner. Puts and transmits enthusiasm. It has a very high technical preparation resulting from a lot of study and training.

I would like to have this gym in my city. But when I'm in Catanzaro I always book! Certified Pilates center and the teacher is top! Weight room / equipment with everything, and to try the courses too. Super recommended!

Teresa, la titolare, con il suo entusiasmo travolge e conquista, forte di un'esperienza consolidata e di una professionalità ineccepibile riesce a soddisfare le esigenze di chiunque esaudendone le necessità con precisione. Una nota speciale per l'ambiente che, mantenendo una connessione con il precedente uso di questo luogo (un garage-autofficina), ha un allestimento e un arredamento ricco di dettagli peculiari. Ogni intervento (anche artistico) non è mai casuale o fuori luogo. Questo permette di vivere in modo diverso l'ambiente della palestra che esce dalla freddezza solita con cui generalmente è concepito.
Beautiful gym in the center of Catanzaro. 600 square meters of complete equipment for every activity. Teresa, the owner, with her enthusiasm overwhelms and conquers, thanks to a consolidated experience and an impeccable professionalism, she is able to meet the needs of anyone, fulfilling their needs with precision. A special note for the environment which, maintaining a connection with the previous use of this place (a garage-car repair shop), has an outfitting and furnishings rich in peculiar details. Every intervention (even artistic) is never accidental or out of place. This allows you to experience the gym environment in a different way that comes out of the usual coldness with which it is generally conceived.
