β β β β β Le palestre di questo tipo sono definite al nord italia come 'palestre riabilitative', ovvero palestre per chi ha avuto problemi o gli anziani. Per fare sport o pesistica in modo serio (ma neanche tanto serio), bisogna andare altrove, anche se Castellammare offre ben poco. Il prezzo Γ¨ nella media della zona, che Γ¨ molto alto che chi viene da qualunque altra parte del mondo.
Gyms of this type are defined in northern Italy as 'rehabilitation gyms', i.e. gyms for those who have had problems or the elderly. To do sport or weightlifting in a serious (but not so serious) way, you have to go elsewhere, even if Castellammare offers very little. The price is in the area average, which is much higher than anyone coming from anywhere else in the world.
