★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A me la Fitness Consulting ha salvato dalla chiusura della palestra. E' chiaro che bisogna chiamarli prima che sia troppo tardi, bisogna fare quello che ti dicono in consulenza e formazione e bisogna avere budget da destinare a loro.

Voglio esprimere un giudizio sulla risposta del sign. Fabbris ad una recensione di un suo EX cliente. Anche io come lei mi occupo di consulenza fitness e vorrei dire che La recensione negativa, di un'attività,pubblicata su internet dai clienti insoddisfatti, non fa scattare il reato di diffamazione, perché l'imprenditore che offre un servizio al pubblico, operando sul mercato, accetta anche il rischio che i propri servizi non siano graditi e vengano, pertanto, criticati. Dunque, tutte le volte in cui un soggetto si affaccia sul mercato si espone – volontariamente e indirettamente – al rischio del giudizio impietoso dei propri clienti, con ineluttabile affievolimento del proprio diritto a non veder criticate la propria attività. Insomma, chi dice “mercato” dice anche “gradimento” (o “non gradimento”) che è il metro di valutazione del successo commerciale. Minacciare i suoi clienti di denuncia solo perché riportano un esperienza negativa, non la trovo una buona mossa. Saluti.
