Ambiente familiare con personale competente.
Ho fatto l'abbonamento free gym con il controllo mensile dei risultati e l'aggiornamento della scheda di allenamento (per un anno intero, prima della pandemia).
Ho visto davvero i risultati che desideravo, grazie agli esercizi specifici indicati dagli istruttori, per la prima volta dopo tante palestre provate.
Ciliegina sulla torta, gli orari della palestra sono stati ottimi per me, visto che restava aperta fino a tardi.
Tanta tanta nostalgia!

Family atmosphere with competent staff.
I did the free gym subscription with the monthly check of the results and the update of the training schedule (for a whole year, before the pandemic).
I really saw the results I wanted, thanks to the specific exercises indicated by the instructors, for the first time after so many gyms tried.
To top it off, the gym hours were great for me as it stayed open late.
So much nostalgia!
Thanks to Robeto and the instructors Andrea and Sebastiano for their experience and expertise.
