Esiste anche un’aria dedicata al powerlifting agonistico usufruibile anche dai nomali iscritti che manca nel 90% delle palestre di Messina! Ottima palestra la consiglio il personale è gentile e professionale da quando entri a quando ti alleni, ti seguono e consigliano. Gli attrezzi? Ottimi quasi tutti tecnogym e anche macchine americane. Se si vuole si può avere anche un consiglio alimentare da uno dei personal trainer presenti con tanto di presa delle misure.Consigliatissima la palestra risulta pulita anche nei bagni e spogliatoi. I signed up paying an annual fee of only € 130. Excellent gym. I recommend the staff is kind and professional when you come in when you train, they follow you and advise you. The tools? Almost all technogym and even American cars are excellent. If you want you can also have a food tip from one of the personal trainers present with a lot of taking measures. The gym is very clean even in bathrooms and changing rooms.
b	bawdier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente grande ma che manca di manutenzione ordinaria. Nei giorni di pioggia ci sono perdite nella sala. Attrezzature che cominciano a sentire gli anni. Più attenzione alla pulizia sarebbe gradita, sentire del cattivo odore già alle 9 del mattino è davvero sgradevole. Gli istruttori non pervenuti. Nessuno mi si è mai presentato, tantomeno ha chiesto se avessi avuto bisogno di qualcosa. Great environment but lacking in routine maintenance. On rainy days there are leaks in the hall. Equipment that begins to feel the age. More attention to cleaning would be welcome, smelling bad smell already at 9 am is really unpleasant. Instructors not received. Nobody ever came to me, let alone asked if I needed anything.
M	Morris CALZONI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bella palestra spartana, come tutte dovrebbero essere. Qui si viene per allenarsi, non ci sono televisioni o macchinari touch screen ultramoderni. C'è però di tutto per allenarsi bene: area powerlifting per stacchi con dischi gommati, rack per squat e panche, manubri e bilanciere olimpionici da 20 e 15kg, spalliera, buona selezione di macchinari - non modernissimi ma accettabili, castello per calisthenics con anelli ecc, wallball, sandbag, ruota tipo quella dei trattori, sacchi per pugilato se vi piace il genere. Insomma trovi quello che serve. Inoltre magari Marco (istruttore powerlifting) mi riesce a migliorare la tecnica nei fondamentali per il poco tempo che sto (purtroppo starò solo una settimana per lavoro). Una sola stella in meno per il prezzo: 20 euro per 6 giorni, che non è tanto in sé, ma quando leggo nelle altre recensioni che un cliente ha pagato 130 euro l'annuale, facendo il calcolo è sproporzionato: 20 euro x 52 settimane uscirebbe oltre mille euro l'anno! Nel complesso, se fossi di Messina farei l'annuale a occhi chiusi. A beautiful Spartan gym, as they all should be. In addition, maybe Marco (powerlifting instructor) can improve my technique in the fundamentals for the short time I am (unfortunately I will only stay a week for work). One star less for the price: 20 euros for 6 days, which is not so much in itself, but when I read in the other reviews that a customer paid 130 euros annually, doing the calculation is disproportionate: 20 euros x 52 weeks over a thousand euros a year would come out! Overall, if I were from Messina I would do the annual with my eyes closed.
