La mia esperienza con Rino, personal trainer, è fantastica, è cominciata per gioco ma si è rivelata una scelta vincente. È tra i personal trainer piu preparati, laureato in scienze motorie e con tanti corsi di aggiornamento, prepara schede personalizzate e dettagliate ad ogni tua esigenza, è sempre disponibile per chiarimenti su esercizi e nel dispensare consigli sull'esecuzione degli stessi, un ragazzo davvero preciso e maniaco dei dettagli. Io da ottobre fino ad adesso ho ottenuto risultati strabilianti e sono convinto che con il suo aiuto si può migliorare ancora. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro hanno intenzione di cominciare un percorso di allenamento in palestra. Rino, e davvero il migliore, molto professionale, il suo allenamento personalizzato apposta per me, mi ha cambiato completamente. Ogni volta che mi alleno con lui il tempo vola. E il numero 1. La possibilità di entrare a qualsiasi ora è molto utile per chi ha tanti impegni oppure ha orari di lavoro scomodi. In generale mi sembra fantastica!! La stra consiglio!!
