(Lorenzo numero 1) - Attrezzi molto buoni, ma non il top (al di sopra della media delle palestre di Prato) - Una palestra dentro una palestra con accesso, attrezzi e pesi esclusivi per donne. Penso l'unica palestra a Prato a concedere la vera privacy alle donne. (Sia chiaro che sono sempre ben volute nella nostra sala pesi) - Palestra pulita, integra, tenuta benissimo. - Palestra ghisa e sudore. (non comprende piscine, Spa o zone relax) - Personal trainer esclusivamente a pagamento - Orario 6.00 - 24.00 4 stelle, 1 se ne è andata col vecchio direttore che aveva sempre un occhio di riguardo verso ogni persona. I think the only gym in Prato to grant real privacy to women. (Let it be clear that they are always popular in our weight room) - Gym clean, undamaged, very well maintained. - Cast iron and sweat gym. (does not include swimming pools, spas or relaxation areas) - Personal trainer only for a fee - Hours 6.00 - 24.00 4 stars, 1 went with the old manager who always had an eye on each person. A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra molto economica grande assortimento di attrezzature nuove e moltissimo spazio per allenarsi..consigliato soprattutto a chi si sa gia allenare o si fa seguire da un personal trainer Excellent gym very cheap large assortment of new equipment and lots of space to train .. especially recommended for those who already know how to train or are followed by a personal trainer
M	Marco Romei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DA EVITARE DOCCE SEMPRE FREDDE (solo tre per una palestra così grande), SPOGLIATOI SCOMODISSIMI CON DELLE MENSOLE PER SEDERSI APPOGGIATI AGLI ARMADIETTI (nemmeno una panca), UN ASCIUGACAPELLI E UNA SOLA PRESA DI CORRENTE IN TUTTO LO SPOGLIATOIO. Sono cliente da anni ma questo è stato l' ultimo rinnovo, la nuova gestione ha rovinato la palestra, costa poco ma rimpiangerete la differenza di prezzo delle altre palestre ogni volta che la frequenterete. TO AVOID ALWAYS COLD SHOWERS (only three for such a large gym), UNCOMFORTABLE CHANGING ROOMS WITH SHELVES FOR SITTING ON THE CABINETS (not even a bench), A HAIR DRYER AND A SINGLE POWER SOCKET IN THE ENTIRE CHANGING ROOM. I have been a customer for years but this was the last renovation, the new management has ruined the gym, it is cheap but you will regret the price difference of the other gyms every time you go to it.

It is open 24/7 and your membership includes free drinks from the fountain as well as weekly classes. The personal trainers are varied in their expertise so you are sure to find someone to help achieve your goals. I found my favorite gym in the area and I look forward to achieving my personal goals this year.

There are some basic class of funzional training. There is a room for woman only. There are clean dressing room with bathroom, shower and personal locker for man and woman (shower and personal locker are included in the subscription). Park for car: a lot. Park for bike: quite.
