Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo trovato un buon assortimento di macchinari sia per aerobica che per scolpire i muscoli. Buona la pulizia. Prezzo mensile concorrenziale (€19,90) un po' meno per chi come noi ha voluto pagare un ingresso prova (€10 ad personam) cmq incluse bevande energetiche ogni mezz'ora, doccia calda e utilizzo del phon. Ricordate di portarvi un lucchetto x gli armadietti. Ci torneremo volentieri perché è aperta h24. Visited early Sunday morning hoping to train in tranquility .. goal achieved. My partner and I found a good assortment of machines for both aerobics and muscle sculpting. Good cleaning. Competitive monthly price (€ 19.90) a little less for those of us who wanted to pay a trial fee (€ 10 ad personam) cmq including energy drinks every half hour, hot shower and use of the hairdryer. Remember to bring a lock for the lockers. We will be happy to return because it is open 24 hours a day.

Seguo i corsi di allenamento funzionale di Imma Di Giacomo e devo dire che è veramente di altissimo livello. La palestra è pulita e le persone della sala sono attente sulle mascherine da indossare nelle pause tra gli esercizi. Il mio abbonamento scade il giorno 11 Agosto ma lo rinnoverò sicuramente. Both the room and fitness instructors are very professional. I follow the functional training courses of Imma Di Giacomo and I must say that it is really of the highest level. The gym is clean and the people in the room are careful about the masks to wear in the breaks between exercises. My subscription expires on August 11th but I will definitely renew it.

Sono presenti molti attrezzi per fare cardio (tapis roulant e cyclette) mentre degli altri attrezzi (leg press, panche, multipower ecc...) ne è presente solamente uno, dunque vista l'affluenza bisogna aspettare che si liberino per poterli utilizzare. ? Personale: ⭐⭐⭐ le ragazze alla reception hanno spiegato tutte le offerte disponibili per l'iscrizione ma si sono dimenticate alcune cose come la durata della doccia (cinque minuti) e di presentarci i personal trainer. I personal trainer ti seguono per quello che possono data la molta affluenza nelle ore di punta. Su richiesta preparano una scheda di allenamento e ti aiutano nella prima esecuzione degli esercizi. C'è anche la possibilità di allenarsi con un personal trainer dedicato pagando un prezzo maggiore. ? Prezzo: ⭐⭐ Il costo dell'abbonamento annuale è di 357 € se si è già iscritti alla palestra. Usufruendo dell'offerta annuale risulta una buona scelta. Per 50€ al mese non ne vale la pena perché c'è molta affluenza, non si viene seguiti abbastanza e la palestra è molto disordinata perché i clienti lasciano gli attrezzi in giro. ?️ Tool room: ⭐⭐⭐ The room is very large and the tools are new. Taking advantage of the annual offer is a good choice. For € 50 a month it's not worth it because there is a lot of turnout, you aren't looked after enough and the gym is very messy because customers leave their equipment lying around.
