Sala grande e molto attrezzata, ci sono varie tipologie di corsi, anche le arti marziali. Personal molto bravi e disponibili ! Ti sanno motivare ed invogliare. Bevande energetiche incluse nell'abbonamento. All'interno della palestra c'è il centro estetico e massaggi Beauty e Nails, sono estremamente professionali e competenti, fanno ottimi trattamenti corpo e i massaggi sono eccezionali e dopo 2 ore di allenamento è veramente spaziale affidarsi a Veronica per rilassare i muscoli. Soprattutto per quest'ultima disciplina sono presenti sbarre e parallele di tutte le altezze e dimensioni, anelli, elastici, cinture per zavorrare, steppers, spalliere e persino un muro apposito per gli handstand push-ups. Degne di nota la disponibilità e cortesia del personale e la comodità di poter usufruire di ingressi giornalieri senza vincoli. Ultima ma non per importanza la flessibilità degli orari, che permette l'accesso in qualsiasi ora della giornata. By far the best equipped gym I've ever been to. There is no shortage of spaces and equipment for either bodybuilders or powerlifters and calisthenics. Especially for this last discipline there are bars and parallels of all heights and sizes, rings, elastic bands, belts for weighting, steppers, backrests and even a special wall for handstand push-ups. Gym was fantastic, all the equipment you could want, really clean and tons of space. I went 11am both times so it was really quiet (2-3 people in the whole gym) - think it gets quite busy in the evenings. Price included classes (spin, pump etc) if you’re into that. Added bonus they had dbz on the tv.
