Vests that are worn on you smell later, at the end of the session it is not possible to breathe. The exercises are not coordinated. I did not like. No result has occurred in one month. This is my personal opinion.

High-level professional personal trainers. the only NEO is THE LACK of availability to obtain a simple refund if you pay in advance and like me having recently encountered physical problems and not being able to train, they do not want to refund me !!!
