★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché il martedì sera il palinsesto corsi non viene seguito. Mi sono lamentata quattro volte (non solo io) ma nulla da fare, la ragazza fa quello che più piace a lei. Quindi decido di cambiare giornata e stop, anche se il martedì sera mi faceva comodo. Se si dà ai clienti un programma va seguito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo troppo affolato. Non vale la pena spendere così "tanti" soldi per una palestra dove dalle ore 18/19 ci sono moltissime persone e c'è la fila per dover utilizzare gli attrezzi.
Al limite del ridicolo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensano solo a fare contratti senza dirti che poi in altri posti non puoi utilizzare tutti i servizi che hai sottoscritto. Inoltre la palestra di Saronno è decisamente sottodimensionata.....
They only think about making contracts without telling you that in other places you cannot use all the services you have subscribed to. In addition, the Saronno gym is definitely underpowered .....

Molti macchinari sono trascurati ed hanno bisogno di manutenzione.
Sono stato in molte altre sedi fitactive, ma devo dire che, mentre le altre erano strutture carine, con attrezzature adeguate e macchinari funzionanti, questa è tenuta in modo vergognoso.
Non so se per voi questo è normale.
Per non parlare di gente che, nonostante segnalazioni, entra ancora senza il badge e fa i comodi propri.
Tra pochi mesi scadrà il mio abbonamento, molto probabilmente cambierò palestra.

Many machines are neglected and in need of maintenance.
I have been to many other fitactive locations, but I have to say that while the others were nice facilities, with adequate equipment and working machinery, this one is kept shamefully.
I don't know if this is normal for you.
Not to mention people who, despite reports, still enter without a badge and do their own thing.
In a few months my subscription will expire, most likely I will change the gym.
