★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi avevo appuntamento alle 15 con un dipendente per la dichiarazione dei redditi, alle 15 mi rispondono dal citofono dicendomi di "PROVARE A TORNARE LA PROSSIMA SETTIMANA" perché, per assenza di personale, non potevano farla. Ma poi "provare" cosa significa? Non potevate comunicarlo prima, telefonare (visto che prendendo l'appuntamento mi avete chiesto il numero di telefono) o avvisare in qualche modo? Le persone prendono permessi e fanno sacrifici per presentarsi presso le vostre strutture in orario di ufficio!
Today I had an appointment at 3 pm with an employee for the tax return, at 3 pm they answer me from the intercom telling me to "TRY TO COME BACK NEXT WEEK" because, due to the absence of staff, they could not do it. But then what does "try" mean? Couldn't you have communicated it beforehand, phoned (since you asked me for my phone number when taking the appointment) or warned in some way? People take time off and make sacrifices to show up at your facilities during office hours!
