★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto per un appuntamento con il Dottore Gallo. Mi aveva visto 40 minuti dopo l’ora fissata. Lui era cordiale e professionale, però avevo percepito un po’ di fretta da parte sua, prima e dopo di essere esaminato.
In particolare, non mi ha mai chiesto se avevo delle domande, come fanno i dottori al solito. Io avevo cercato di fare delle domande ma mi sentivo spinto fuori la porta; mi ha salutato mentre cercavo di farle.
Qualche settimana dopo, seguendo le sue indicazioni, gli avevo mandato via mail i risultati di laboratorio, mostrando che non c’è nessun patogeno ne batteri. Inoltre, gli ho detto che i miei sintomi non migliorano.
Poche ore dopo, mi aveva risposto di prendere un antibiotico usato per il cervello e le vie respiratorie (il problema e’ con la prostata). Inoltre, questo antibiotico e’ controindicato per le persone con l’allergia alla penicillina come me.
Gli avevo risposto chiedendo una spiegazione. E’ passata una settimana e ancora non mi ha risposto. Immagino che non mi risponderà ormai.
Normalmente non scrivo le recensioni ma se posso aiutare gli altri, consiglierei di evitare.
 I came for an appointment with Doctor Gallo. He had seen me 40 minutes after the appointed time. He was friendly and professional, but I felt a bit of a rush on his part, before and after being examined.
In particular, he never asked me if I had any questions, as doctors usually do. I had tried to ask questions but felt pushed out the door; he greeted me as I tried to do them.
A few weeks later, following his instructions, I emailed him the laboratory results, showing that there is no pathogen or bacteria. Also, I told him my symptoms don't improve.
A few hours later, he replied that he was taking an antibiotic used for the brain and respiratory tract (the problem is with the prostate). Furthermore, this antibiotic is contraindicated for people with penicillin allergy like me.
I replied asking for an explanation. A week has passed and he still hasn't answered me. I guess he won't answer me by now.
I don't normally write reviews but if I can help others I would recommend avoiding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sotto suggerimento mi sono recata al centro Fisoradi per sottopormi ad una visita ortopedica alla mano e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Sono stata visitata dal Dott. Luchetti, specialista affermato che collabora col centro e che con grande professionalità mi sta seguendo nel mio percorso di guarigione. Lo consiglio caldamente.
Il Centro Fisioradi è una struttura nuova dotata di macchinari all'avanguardia e che vanta un equipe di specialisti d'eccellenza che sapranno seguirvi ed aiutarvi dalle prime fasi dell'infortunio fino alla completa ripresa post riabilitazione. Un grazie va a Sara dell'accettazione ed a Stefano per tutto l'aiuto che mi ha dato.
Under the suggestion I went to the Fisoradi center to undergo an orthopedic examination on the hand and I was very satisfied. I was visited by Dr. Luchetti, an established specialist who collaborates with the center and who is following me in my healing path with great professionalism. I highly recommend it.
The Centro Fisioradi is a new facility equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and which boasts a team of excellent specialists who will be able to follow and help you from the early stages of the injury to the complete post-rehabilitation recovery. Thanks goes to Sara for the acceptance and to Stefano for all the help she has given me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a Fisioradi dopo aver consultato diversi professionisti. Fissare un appuntamento è stato semplicissimo: ho inviato una email e nell'arco di 24 ore sono stato ricontattato. Il personale della reception è molto gentile, puntuale e con una forte propensione ad accogliere le richieste del paziente.
Per quanto riguarda lo staff medico, ho dapprima incontrato il Dr. Maurizio Radi, un professionista serio, attento, cordiale e simpatico. Egli ha "tracciato la strada da seguire" (visite specialistiche, esami e fisioterapia).
Una volta iniziato il mio percorso riabilitativo (attualmente ancora in corso), ho incontrato Andrea, Marco e Federico. La pazienza, la calma, la propensione all'ascolto e la profonda conoscenza della professione, hanno fatto sì che oggi la mia spalla è quasi guarita e sto tornando finalmente alla normalità.
A seguito di questa esperienza, ho capito che a Pesaro c'è un polo specialistico di eccellenza, che mi sento di consigliare.

I turned to Fisioradi after consulting several professionals. Making an appointment was very simple: I sent an email and within 24 hours I was contacted. The reception staff is very polite, punctual and with a strong propensity to accommodate patient requests.
As for the medical staff, I first met Dr. Maurizio Radi, a serious, attentive, friendly and nice professional. He "charted the way forward" (specialist visits, exams and physiotherapy).
Once my rehabilitation path started (currently still in progress), I met Andrea, Marco and Federico. Patience, calm, the inclination to listen and the profound knowledge of the profession, have meant that today my shoulder is almost healed and I am finally returning to normal.
Following this experience, I realized that in Pesaro there is a specialist center of excellence, which I feel I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale altamente specializzato e molto cordiale anche per quanto riguarda le operatrici dell'accettazione nella nuova struttura molto accogliente, considerata per me tra le più belle ed efficienti con apparecchiature estremamente sofisticate.
Impossibile non tornare anche per un semplice problema al tendine d'achille dovuto dopo un allenamento.
Tutti i fisioterapisti sono altamente specializzati, preparati e molto cordiali.
Il mio preferito rimane Marco Filippini (senza togliere nulla agli altri) , il quale mi ha sempre seguito in maniera molto professionale e gentile risolvendo i miei problemi. Sicuramente tra i migliori.

Highly specialized and very friendly staff also as regards the reception operators in the new very welcoming structure, considered for me among the most beautiful and efficient with extremely sophisticated equipment.
Impossible not to come back even for a simple Achilles tendon problem after a workout.
All physiotherapists are highly specialized, knowledgeable and very friendly.
My favorite remains Marco Filippini (without taking anything away from the others), who has always followed me in a very professional and kind way, solving my problems. Certainly among the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente pulito, all' accettazione si viene registrati velocemente; ho fatto l' esame 5 minuti prima del tempo. Il tecnico radiologo è stato molto professionale e mi ha indicato bene le istruzioni per la riuscita dell' esame.
Non do 5 stelle perché per ottenere la risposta dell' esame svolto ci vogliono due giorni.
Per io mio carattere questa attesa non mi tranquillizza, il fatto di non aver avuto fra le mani il responso dopo l' esame mi genera non poca ansia.
Soprattutto perché non mi sono recata nella struttura per un' unghia incarnita.
Se riuscissero a fornire il responso subito dopo' esame otterrebbero il massimo delle stelle.
Così rimango nel dubbio, perché non mi hanno dato il referto? La cosa è talmente grave che serve un consulto? Il medico forse non era presente nella struttura quella sera? (Il tecnico radiologo non può firmare i referti) Ecco questi dubbi mi terranno sulle spine......?♀️?♀️.
Aggiornamenti: mi hanno chiamata la mattina dopo, purtroppo però il medico specialista in radiologia non era presente e non ho potuto chiedere chiarimenti.
In altre strutture come al San Decenzio o la clinica Santini, il medico era invece presente per poter fornire delucidazioni.
Clean environment, to 'acceptance it will be recorded quickly; I did the 'test five minutes ahead of time. The radiologist was very professional and showed me good instructions for the success of 'exam.
I do not give 5 stars because to get dell 'exam answer played it takes two days.

So I remain in doubt, because it did not give me the report? The thing is so serious you need a consultation? The doctor probably was not in the hotel that night? (The radiologist can sign the reports) That these doubts keep me on tenterhooks ...... ?♀️?♀️.
Updates: I have called the next morning, but unfortunately the medical specialist in radiology was not present and I could not ask for clarification.
In other structures such as the San Decentius or clinic Santini, the doctor was however present in order to provide clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo visto la pubblicità di FIsioradi molto spesso sugli autobus, poi ho avuto bisogno per una borsite al tendine d'achille e il mio medico di base, tra le altre, mi ha anche indicato questo centro di fisioterapia. Ho chiamato e ho avuto un appuntamento per un consulto gratuito con il dott. Radi, che mi ha suggerito quale percorso seguire. Mi sono fidata della sua esperienza (impressionante le pareti del suo studio competamente ricoperte di attestati!) e così ho iniziato le sedute. Il giorno prima dell'appuntamento ricevo sempre un sms come promemoria ed è utile. Ho sempre trovato posto nel parcheggio della struttura e questo è molto comodo. I locali sono in ordine e puliti. Le segretarie sono gentili ed efficienti. Il clima è rilassato, familiare. Il fisioterapista dott. Francesco Guerrini ha sempre risposto alle mie domande con precisione, disponibilità e cortesia. Per sapere i risultati della terapia è ancora presto.
I had seen FIsioradi commercials very often on buses, then I needed for Achilles tendon bursitis and my GP, among others, also referred me to this physiotherapy center. I called and had an appointment for a free consultation with Dr. Radi, who suggested which path to follow. I trusted his experience (impressive the walls of his studio completely covered with certificates!) And so I started the sessions. The day before the appointment I always get a text message as a reminder and it is useful. I have always found a place in the parking lot of the structure and this is very convenient. The premises are tidy and clean. The secretaries are kind and efficient. The atmosphere is relaxed, familiar. Physiotherapist Dr. Francesco Guerrini has always answered my questions with precision, availability and courtesy. It is still too early to know the results of the therapy.
