★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno ,ho appena chiamato il centro fisiomedical (22 Aprile ore 10:30)per chiedere informazioni circa una visita medica da dover prenotare;mi ha risposto un signore/ragazzo che molto sgarbatamente mi ha liquidato dicendo che non poteva perdere tempo e che i miei due secondi di perplessità circa l’accettazione della visita ,non potevano essere tollerati.
Pessimo servizio e ovviamente avete perso un cliente

Good morning, I have just called the physiomedical center (22 April at 10:30 am) to ask for information about a medical visit to be booked; I was answered by a gentleman / boy who very rudely dismissed me saying that he could not waste time and that my two seconds of perplexity about the acceptance of the visit could not be tolerated.
Bad service and you obviously lost a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto fare un tampone rapido e questa era l'unica struttura con disponibilità nell'indomani in zona, quindi punto a favore, perciò la mattina mi reco a fare questo tampone e mi fanno aspettare 40 minuti su un parcheggio al sole (avevo l'appuntamento alle 9:20 e l'ho fatto alle 10), ho ritardato anche a lavoro per questo. La Dottoressa comunque è stata delicatissima anche se si è messa a discutere con il collega di fronte a me. Per 35 euro di tampone rapido mi aspettavo un servizio migliore anche se il personale è molto garbato.
I had to do a quick swab and this was the only structure with availability in the next day in the area, so I'm a plus, so in the morning I go to do this swab and they make me wait 40 minutes on a parking lot in the sun (I had the appointment at 9:20 and I did it at 10), I also delayed at work because of this. However, the Doctor was very delicate even if she started to argue with the colleague in front of me. For 35 euros of quick swab I expected better service even if the staff are very polite.

I made several swabs due to COVID, attentive staff and always at hand, I also made use of various visits and they were always impeccable !!!! Ready for dialogue and patient care ... Advice!
