★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo per fare un po'di palestra, disponibili molte attività tra le quali squash, arrampicata sportiva, judo, joy-walk, piscina ed attività in acqua e molto altro. Attrezzi sempre mantenuti ed in ottimo stato, stabile in ottimo stato grazie alle manutenzioni del grande Pepito. Ottima esperienza!
Great place to do some gym, many activities available including squash, sport climbing, judo, joy-walk, pool and water activities and much more. Tools always maintained and in excellent condition, stable in excellent condition thanks to the maintenance of large Pepito. Great experience!

Almost twenty years of frequentation make this place, for me, a second home ... professionalism and competence on the part of the staff ... always available to everyone's needs ... for those looking for a place that combines well-being physical the welcome and simplicity of a "family" environment .... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di fronte alla palestra vi è un ampio parcheggio e questo è senz'altro un punto a favore.
L'edificio è diviso in due parti: palestra e piscina.
Nella palestra ci sono diverse zone come ad esempio la zona tapis roulant e cyclette, oppure la sala attrezzi e crossfit.
Ci sono inoltre stanze usate per fare i vari corsi come Zumba o karate. È presente inoltre un campo da squash.
Lo staff gentilissimo e preparatissimo inoltre i prezzi sono giusti considerando la grande quantità di corsi che vengono effettuati.
Di seguito riporto alcuni dei corsi:
Zumba, corpo libero, crossfit, pilates, spinning, joywalk, acquathletic, acquagym.
In front of the gym there is a large parking lot and this is certainly a plus.
The building is divided into two parts: gym and swimming pool.
In the gym there are several areas such as the treadmill and stationary bike area, or the equipment and crossfit room.
There are also rooms used to do various courses such as Zumba or karate. There is also a squash court.
The staff very kind and very prepared also the prices are right considering the large amount of courses that are carried out.
