Abbiamo telefonato e ottenuto l'appuntamento per il giorno stesso; una volta fatto il tampone ci sono arrivate le risposte nei tempi correttamente annunciati. I went with my family to swab and found the staff to be nice and helpful. We phoned and got an appointment for the same day; once the swab was done we received the answers in the times correctly announced.

Riprendo l'appuntamento e dopo un'ora e mezza nella sala di attesa mi dicono che l'attesa era colpa mia che non mi sono fatto riconoscere dal dottore ma solo dagli assistenti. Se cercate la definizione di incompetenza, andate da Fisiogama. I went to get an orthotic and after 3 months, not having received any calls, I find that they had missed it. I resume the appointment and after an hour and a half in the waiting room they tell me that the wait was my fault that I did not make myself recognized by the doctor but only by the assistants. If you are looking for the definition of incompetence, go to Fisiogama.

L'esito sarebbe dovuto arrivare entro 24 ore, massimo un paio di giorni. Sollecito il risultato in quanto mi serviva per fare dei documenti. Dopo aver pagato 85€, dopo aver chiamato 2 volte durante la settimana, sono passati 6 giorni e il risultato ancora non si é visto. Chiamo ancora e faccio presente mi trattano con sufficenza dicendo che ho sbagliato io a lasciare l'e-mail. Veramente assurdo. Personale quasi messo lì a caso. Professionalitá inesistente. Serietà ? Non ne parliamo. Sto ancora aspettando. Given the covid situation, I took my grandmother to do a scruple swab on Tuesday 20 October. The outcome should have arrived within 24 hours, a couple of days at the most. I request the result as I needed it to make documents. After paying 85 €, after calling twice during the week, 6 days have passed and the result has not yet been seen. I call again and point out they treat me sufficiently saying that I was wrong to leave the e-mail. Really absurd. Staff almost randomly placed there. Non-existent professionalism. Seriousness? We don't talk about it. I'm still waiting.

R	Rosi Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta fatto il tampone e consegnato il modulo, mi hanno richiamato per dirmi cosa c'era scritto sulla email; dopo averla dettata mi sono scusato per la mia calligrafia, mi ha risposto con una battuta (di quelle offensive, con tanto di risata dei colleghi intorno). Ho chiuso la chiamata con un "arrivederci", ma dovevo dirgli ben altro dato che dopo 3 giorni non ho l'esito del tampone, e vedo che non c'è verso di riceverlo. Once the swab was done and the form was delivered, they called me back to tell me what was written on the email; after dictating it, I apologized for my handwriting, he replied with a joke (one of the offensive ones, complete with laughter from colleagues around). I closed the call with a "goodbye", but I had to tell him something else since after 3 days I do not have the result of the swab, and I see that there is no way to receive it.
