personal-trainer sono molto brave avevo il ginocchio e i piedi che mi facevano molto male non riuscivo neanche a camminare, ma poi mi hanno aiutato e dopo due giorni mi sentivo meglio, sono proprio bravi, consiglio a tutti di andare a provare.

Mauro è riuscito a cucire su misura per me un percorso che mi potesse aiutare a migliorare le problematiche che mi portavo dietro da anni di allenamenti sbagliati! Ogni volta mi stupisce!

Ho risolto grazie a lui un problema all’articolazione della mano destra, in particolare di un dito, che mi dava il tormento da un anno. Lo ringrazio moltissimo ora sto bene ed ho ripreso anche l’attività sportiva.
