Nel contempo ho anche iniziato delle personal e sento finalmente di aver trovato un allenamento che fa per me in quanto calcolato sulle mie esigenze ed in continua evoluzione con i miei progressi. Per la prima volta, dopo anni di esperienze negative, ho trovato qualcuno che mi spiegasse adeguatamente l’obiettivo di ogni esercizio e come eseguirlo correttamente per evitare di infortunarmi, ottenendo allo stesso tempo il massimo dei risultati. Tutto ciò mi ha permesso di sviluppare costanza e determinazione che dopo tempo perdevo altrove. È un ambiente adatto anche a chi, soprattutto di questi tempi, ha un occhio di riguardo per le misure igieniche. Da Fisiolab infatti viene garantito il distanziamento e sarete sempre seguiti in quanto si accede ad ogni servizio solo su appuntamento, concordato di volta in volta con lo staff. Tutto questo sentendosi a casa, grazie alla grande empatia del personale, sempre attento al lato umano, con un approccio al cliente a 360 gradi. Il punto di forza di tutto lo staff è poi sicuramente la capacità di tenersi sempre aggiornato in modo da poter garantire approcci e trattamenti i più innovativi possibile. All this allowed me to develop perseverance and determination that after a while I was losing elsewhere. It is also an environment suitable for those who, especially in these times, have an eye for hygiene measures. In fact, distance is guaranteed by Fisiolab and you will always be followed as you can access each service by appointment only, agreed from time to time with the staff. All this feeling at home, thanks to the great empathy of the staff, always attentive to the human side, with a 360-degree approach to the customer. Mi sono recata da loro per risolvere un infortunio sportivo decisamente non da poco, infiammazione del nervo sciatico dovuto ad un allenamento eccessivo in preparazione ad una mezza maratona, il tutto aggravato da una colonna con diverse protrusioni. Su di me hanno investito il loro tempo, le loro competenze, la loro professionalità; hanno saputo gestire i miei stati d'animo altalenanti, il mio sconforto e la mia paura di non poter più tornare a correre. Loro hanno studiato nel dettaglio il mio percorso fisioterapico, puntando ad una riabilitazione non invasiva, ad esercizi posturali mirati, il tutto sempre sotto il loro costante e prezioso controllo. Beatrice, Francesco, Marco e Maria mi hanno letteralmente rimesso in piedi, ed è solo grazie a loro se ad oggi ho di nuovo rimesso le scarpe da corsa ai piedi, arrivando al traguardo di quella mezza maratona che fino a qualche mese fa, era ormai diventato un sogno irrealizzabile. Però il team di Fisiolab caratterizzato da persone competenti e costantemente aggiornate ha saputo trovare la soluzione adatta. Già dalle prime sedute e con un programma di esercizio personalizzato di potenziamento muscolare, equilibrio, stretching e riposizionamento posturale alla fine sono riuscita a rimuovere il problema con il quale temevo di dover convivere. Vi è un ultimo aspetto non trascurabile da considerare il centro dispone di diversi servizi tra cui nutrizionista, psicologa, ortopedico e altri servizi medici… insomma soddisfatta pienamente di essermi affidata a loro!
