Secondo tentativo: montaggio approssimativo, con acqua che entra in garage quando piove. Ora ruota fuori dalla sua guida che non permette più al sezionale chiudersi. Una volta fatto il bonifico nessun intervento nonostante i solleciti. 1 star because you can't put 0. Bad experience. Sectional mounted in September. First delivery: wrong springs. Second attempt: rough assembly, with water entering the garage when it rains. Now it rotates out of its guide which no longer allows the sectional door to close. Once the transfer has been made, no action is taken despite the reminders.

A differenza delle altre offerte che avevo mi ha consigliato un basculante con caratteristiche diverse, viste le contenute dimensioni, facendomi risparmiare. Appena ripresa la produzione (post lockdown), vista la mia urgenza, FIS mi ha dato precedenza e in pochi giorni ha prodotto e consegnato (di sabato!) Il portone. Un consiglio: prevedere alcune opzioni di finitura interna, senza demandarle completamente al cliente ( è sufficiente qualche profilo ben studiato). Il tecnico al telefono con mia moglie è stato scortese e soprattutto sarà stata la quarta volta che ci chiamava per chiedere la conferma del preventivo. Ogni volta ci diceva che c'era modo per trattare e abbassare il prezzo. Ho bloccato il numero. Per la qualità non posso parlare lo sottolineo possono essere anche i migliori al mondo. Pessima installazione e ancora nessuna risposta da parte dell'azienda nonostante le prove con foto e video. Aggiornamento: Dopo l'intervento dei tecnici dalla sede, il sezionale adesso funziona bene.
