Devo dire che non è il classico rapporto tra datore di lavoro e dipendente. Il rapporto è familiare e i datori di lavoro persone eccezionali sia professionalmente sia a livello umano.stipendi sopra la media del settore e puntuali come svizzeri.mai un pagamento in ritardo o soldi in meno in busta paga.
Hanno tantissimi appalti e ogni cliente in cui sono stato è sempre soddisfatto al 100% del servizio reso.
Che dire di più se non consigliare caldamente a chi è alla ricerca di una realtà seria e stabile per esternalizzare le attività o per chi è alla ricerca di una realtà lavorativa seria, serena e rispettosa dei contratti e delle leggi applicate.
Merce rara di questi tempi.

I worked in the cooperative for almost two years.
I must say that it is not the classic relationship between employer and employee. The relationship is familiar and the employers are exceptional people both professionally and on a human level, salaries above the industry average and on time as Swiss, never a late payment or less money in paychecks.
They have a lot of contracts and every customer I have been to is always 100% satisfied with the service rendered.
What more can we say if not giving warm advice to those looking for a serious and stable reality to outsource activities or for those looking for a serious, serene and respectful working reality of contracts and applied laws.
Rare commodity these days.
