G	GIORGIO AVESANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non avevo mai avuto precedentemente bisogno di ricorrere al loro aiuto, ma sabato 2 febbraio 2019 io e mia moglie siamo rimasti chiusi in ascensore e loro sono intervenuti presto e bene. Il tecnico dell'ascensore sarebbe uscito solo un'ora dopo, ma già 40 minuti di "prigionia" erano troppi. Abbiamo sentito un'enorme gratitudine per questi uomini, sempre pronti a toglierci dai guai grandi e piccoli. GRAZIE A TUTTI I VIGILI DEL FUOCO D'ITALIA!!!! I had never previously needed to resort to their help, but Saturday, February 2, 2019 my wife and I were closed in the elevator and they intervened early and well. The elevator technician it would have come out only an hour later, but already 40 minutes of "imprisonment" were too many. Ho chiamato i vigili del fuoco e in pochi minuti sono intervenuti con grandissima professionalità ed efficienza. Per fortuna, si è trattato di un falso allarme e tutto si è risolto per il meglio. Voglio ringraziare dal profondo del cuore questi uomini per la loro umanità, la comprensione, la capacità di mettersi nei panni delle persone e di risolvere i problemi. GRAZIE!! My son hadn't answered the phone for hours and I thought he was sick. I called the fire brigade and in a few minutes they intervened with great professionalism and efficiency. Thankfully, it was a false alarm and everything worked out for the best. I want to thank these men from the bottom of my heart for their humanity, understanding, ability to put themselves in people's shoes and solve problems. THANK YOU!!
