Oltre al fatto che i prodotti sono meravigliosi, la disponibilità della Signora Marina è unica. Il miglior fioraio d'Italia direi. Sicuramente l'ideale per mandare dei fiori a casa a qualcuno in provincia di Lecco! 5 stars is far too little to describe Mrs. Marina's kindness and efficiency and speed. Besides the fact that the products are wonderful, Mrs. Marina's availability is unique. The best florist in Italy I would say. Definitely ideal for sending flowers home to someone in the province of Lecco!

A	AnnaS FitnessLecco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza a contatto con una signora che presumo sia la titolare con l'arroganza con cui si dimenava (...ed il ragazzo che vi lavorava confezionando una pianta, praticamente muto! ) Seppur come negozio avrei continuato a fare affidamento, con rammarico ho conosciuto tale persona che sgarbatamente interagisce con i clienti. Per me la cortesia ed il rispetto sono essenziali! Prima regola! Prima regola che evidentemente la signora ha sottovalutato, con molta presunzione riferisce che non le importa perdere una cliente! Io non sarò nessuno, ma non mi vedranno più! Come dicono altri,seguendo la vicenda accaduta dall' esterno e purtroppo davanti ai miei occhi mostra questi atteggiamenti spesso e volentieri e certamente non è sulla buona strada ....(alzava la voce, sbraitando l'inverosimile dando spettacolo) Non esiste! Perciò una recensione così è meritatissima. Bad experience in contact with a lady who I assume is the owner with the arrogance with which she struggled (... and the guy who worked there making a plant, practically mute!) Although as a shop I would have continued to rely, with regret I have met such person who rudely interacts with customers. For me courtesy and respect are essential! First rule! First rule that the lady has obviously underestimated, with great presumption she reports that she doesn't mind losing a customer! I won't be anyone, but they won't see me anymore! A	ANNA SACI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seppur negozio ben fornito a cui ho sempre fatto affidamento, mi sono dovuta ricredere per la poca professionalità anzi un'educazione di una signora che vi lavora, e ben spero non fosse la titolare, veramente scortese, urlandomi addosso ma pare che chi ha sentito che lavora nei paraggi mi ha detto non fosse la prima volta. Che dire bel negozio ma per questo non ci tornerò più! Veramente esagerata l'educazione prima di ogni cosa. Assortimento di fiori e piante, creatività nel confezionare, competenza nel piccolo giardinaggio. Ottimo per San Valentino! Negozio poco fornito, tanto design, ma poche piante tra cui scegliere. 40€ per uno spathiphyllum di 30 cm di altezza, del valore di 15€. Mai più. I came in to make a present. Little shop, lots of design, but few plants to choose from. € 40 for a 30 cm high spathiphyllum, worth € 15. Never again.
