Mi hanno mandato un link di pagamento Nexi via Whatsapp, ho pagato con carta e il giorno stabilito all'ora stabilita hanno consegnato un meraviglioso mazzo di rose all'indirizzo stabilito. Recapitato a destinazione, dall'ordine mancavano i dolcini. Solo dopo il mio appunto sulla consegna di un prodotto "a metà", mi hanno riferito di un problema interno, per il quale erano impossibilitati nella consegna di cibarie. Mi hanno proposto €5 di rimborso (non accettati). Avevo selezionato quel prodotto proprio convinta dall'aggiunta dei cioccolatini. Avrei decisamente preferito che mi contattassero per avvisarmi e soprattutto che togliessero quel pacchetto dal sito, anche perché è ancora disponibile e acquistabile. I reluctantly leave 1 star. Via the website, the process was easy to order online from Romania and to pay with credit card. They delivered very quickly (in 1 hour) the flowers and a small letter with our greetings.
