Ho ordinato dei nastri di raso facendo riferimento alla LORO cartella colori e mi hanno spedito un colore assolutamente diverso da quello richiesto. Ho chiesto di cambiarli e li ho dovuti rispedire a mie spese. Ho aspettato quasi 2 mesi ed alla fine i nastri inviati, che a detta loro dovevano arrivare dalla Francia ma che in realtà sono scadentissimi " Made in China", sono ancora una volta non conformi alle immagini della cartella colori del sito. Delusione assoluta, e costi decisamente elevati x dei prodotti che vendono i cinesi per molto molto meno.
 Unfortunately I can't put less of it but they don't deserve any credit at all. I ordered satin ribbons referring to THEIR color chart and they sent me an absolutely different color than the one requested. I asked to change them and I had to send them back at my expense. I waited almost 2 months and at the end the sent tapes, which according to them had to come from France but which in reality are very poor "Made in China", are again not compliant with the images in the site's color chart. Absolute disappointment, and very high costs x of the products that sell the Chinese for much much less.
