★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gentilezza nella cartolibreria Luciano Fiorini non è mai stata di casa, in particolar modo mi riferisco alla signora Catia, maleducata e spesso fuori luogo, ho notato che questa cosa sono in molti a pesarla e ha perso molti clienti per questo motivo (sono i clienti a fare una cortesia a lei, non viceversa). I prezzi sono sempre stati un poco più alti rispetto alle altre cartolibrerie di Ferentino.Il mio consiglio è quello di andare altrove, oppure farsi servire direttamente dal signor Luciano, sempre disponile.Apprezzate chi ancora viene nei vostri negozi, perchè con Amazon si risparmia di più e il servizio clienti è sempre gentile.
The kindness in the Luciano Fiorini stationery shop has never been at home, in particular I am referring to Mrs Catia, rude and often out of place, I noticed that many people weigh it and she has lost many customers for this reason (they are the customers to do a courtesy to her, not vice versa). The prices have always been a little higher than other Ferentino stationers. My advice is to go elsewhere, or get served directly by Mr. Luciano, always available. Appreciate those who still come to your stores, because with Amazon you save more and customer service is always kind.

Sono anni che mi rivolgo alla famiglia Fiorini per testi scolastici, testi per le vacanze (ne ordino per 2 classi), materiale didattico e molto altro. Servizio al TOP con tanto di consigli. Complimenti a tutta la famiglia Fiorini che collabora in questa attività sempre con il sorriso per servire al meglio ogni suo cliente...✌️
