Abbastanza imbarazzante. Mi sarei aspettato una telefonata di scuse...ma ho dovuto chiamare io. Peccato. On Mother's Day the tickets for 2 bouquets of flowers that I ordered were inverted so one recipient found one ticket for the other and vice versa. Quite embarrassing. I would have expected an apology call ... but I had to call. Sin.

Fortuna vuole che tra i negozi che ho contattato ho trovato quello di Martina! La sua disponibilità, la pazienza e la cortesia nei miei confronti sono stati impareggiabili. Il bouquet ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze e le mie aspettative, la consegna è andata bene nonostante le avessi fornito un indirizzo difficile da raggiungere e la disponibilità di Martina è stata costante.
