★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luglio 2019 - Qualche giorno fa ho ricevuto un mazzo di fiori da parte di parenti lontani tramite il servizio Interflora. Erano una dozzina di gerbere arancio, confezionate in maniera molto semplice ma gradevole. Peccato che la signora che mi ha interpellato per accordi sia stata poco cortese e disponibile, anzi ha pure provato a dirmi che dovevo andare io a ritirare i fiori in negozio! Ad ogni modo, dulcis in fundo, il giorno dopo i fiori erano già in parte appassiti e dopo 2 giorni li ho dovuti buttare perchè pieni di vermi!!!
30/8/2019 - dopo aver fatto diverse lamentele e segnalazioni anche direttamente ad Interflora x il pessimo servizio ricevuto un mese fa e x le gerbere infestate dai bruchi, ieri ho ricevuto una bella orchidea ed un biglietto di scuse per quanto accaduto. E' stato un bel gesto, l'ho apprezzato. Direi che ora posso dare 3 stelle anzichè solo 1.
July 2019 - A few days ago I received a bouquet of flowers from distant relatives through the Interflora service. There were a dozen orange gerberas, packaged in a very simple but pleasant way. It is a pity that the lady who asked me for agreements was kind and courteous, indeed she even tried to tell me that I had to go and pick up the flowers in the shop! Anyway, dulcis in fundo, the day after the flowers had already partly withered and after 2 days I had to throw them away because they were full of worms !!!
30/8/2019 - after making several complaints and reports also directly to Interflora x the bad service received a month ago and x the gerberas infested with caterpillars, yesterday I received a beautiful orchid and an apology ticket for what happened. It was a nice gesture, I appreciated it. I would say that now I can give 3 stars instead of just 1.
