Il personale molto gentile e disponibile riesce a fare delle confezioni molto belle e particolari x soddisfare il cliente... lo consiglio a tutti. A	Alessandro Arcangioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono tornato dopo qualche giorno che avevo acquistato due piante, una era molto in sofferenza e avvizzita. Le ho interrate e questa aveva poche radici. Volevo chiedere se dare più o meno acqua, un fertilizzante o altro. Ho portato le foto ma mentre mostravo quella sana la signora non mi ha dato il tempo, e diceva che perdeva foglie per via dell'ombra. Ma stavamo guardando quella sana... e non avevo problemi di ombra. Non mi aspettavo tanta difensiva e gli ho detto che non gli avevo ancora illustrato il problema. Non mi ha dato tempo e modo di spiegarle il problema e sapere cosa avevo da chiederle. Non c'era collaborazione, l'ho salutata e me ne sono andato. Tanto sono stato solo un cliente occasionale, e tale rimarrò. Ho rimosso la buganville morente constatando appunto che non aveva radicato, erano deboli rametti senza un fusto portante, mi si è sfaldato tutto nelle mani. I returned a few days after I had purchased two plants, one was very distressed and withered. I buried them and this one had few roots. I wanted to ask whether to give more or less water, fertilizer or something else. I brought the photos but while I was showing the healthy one the lady didn't give me time, and she said that it was losing leaves because of the shade. But we were looking at the healthy one ... and I had no shadow issues. I wasn't expecting so much defensive and I told him I hadn't explained the problem to him yet. She didn't give me the time and opportunity to explain the problem to her and know what I had to ask her. There was no collaboration, I said goodbye and left. I was just a casual customer anyway, and I will remain so. I removed the dying bougainvillea noting that it had not rooted, they were weak branches without a supporting stem, everything fell apart in my hands.
