Hanno consegnato un misero bouquet di 8 rose a gambo corto giustificandolo dicendomi che quelle rose costavano 2,50 euro l'una. Dopo aver segnalato lo spiacevole inconveniente il personale si è rivolto in maniera maleducata e irrispettosa nei miei confronti. In più, dopo aver effettuato il pagamento non è stata emessa nessuna ricevuta. Spero che non capiti ad altri ciò che è capitato a me perché questo esercizio commerciale sicuramente non ha a che fare con la serietà. I bought a 25 euro bouquet of red roses electronically. They delivered a miserable bouquet of 8 short-stemmed roses justifying it by telling me that those roses cost € 2.50 each. After reporting the unfortunate inconvenience, the staff turned rude and disrespectful towards me. In addition, no receipt was issued after making the payment. I hope that what happened to me does not happen to others because this business definitely has nothing to do with seriousness.
