★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio mazzo di fiori arrivato il giorno dopo il matrimonio. Le scuse sono state “non avevo letto consegna entro le 13” lo sconsiglio poca professionalità e molta superficialità. Sono dispiaciuto per il parente che ha inviato il mazzo. Ovviamente invierò una sentita email a Interflora per segnalare il pessimo servizio.
Bad service bouquet of flowers arrived the day after the wedding. The apologies were "I hadn't read delivery by 1pm" I advise against a lack of professionalism and a lot of superficiality. I'm sorry for the relative who sent the deck. Obviously I will send a heartfelt email to Interflora to report the bad service.
