Mi è stato detto che avevano da fare per un matrimonio e che se volevo potevano farmi la consegna solo per domani,perche oggi dovevano decorare l auto della sposa. Ci penso,decido che può andarmi bene comunque. Quindi attendo educatamente 37 min che finisca questa decorazione, per poi sentirmi dire sempre con toni sgarbati che ORMAI È TARDI E CHE LORO HANNO DA FARE.
Courtesy and availability equal to zero. I was told that they had to do for a wedding and that if I wanted they could only deliver me for tomorrow, because today they had to decorate the bride's car. I think about it, I decide it can be okay anyway. So I politely wait 37 minutes for this decoration to finish, and then always hear me say in rude tones that NOW IT'S LATE AND THAT THEY HAVE TO DO.
