A very special and well stocked shop, with quality flowers and even with a few treats every now and then, I also ordered a centerpiece for a lunch and it arrived perfect and on time! Fiori per carità freschissimi e belli purtroppo metto due stelle per questa pecca. I booked a bouquet of flowers I do not know who is to blame if it was Italflora or the flower shop where they leaned but the bouquet of flowers arrived quite late from the expected time, ruining the surprise! For charity, very fresh and beautiful flowers, unfortunately I put two stars for this flaw.

Franco e suo cognato sempre sorridenti, disponibili e professionalmente preparati non deludono mai. Consigliato sia per un fiore che per una composizione molto elaborata. Small but very stocked shop. Hanno cambiato preventivo, le ho lasciato il mio numero e non si è sprecata a chiamarmi per chiarire. Sono tornata e mi ha trattata con sufficienza, sembrava dovessi convincerla. Non ha dato peso all'importanza della mia laurea né a quanto ci tenessi. Quando cambiando fioraio con lo stesso budget mi hanno fatto un lavoro eccelso. Lack of professionalism. For a degree I had to pass THREE TIMES and then hear the manager complaining in front of me about the lack of feasibility of the work. They changed the quote, I left her my number and she didn't bother to call me to clarify. I came back and she treated me with disdain, it seemed I had to convince her. It didn't give weight to the importance of my degree or how much I cared about it. When changing florist with the same budget they did an excellent job.
