Vivo in Inghilterra ed ho chiamato diversi fiorai per mandare dei fiori ad un'amica deceduta, nessuno disponibile ad accettare pagamenti elettronici, Massimiliano è stato molto gentile, ho potuto fare il pagamento PayPal senza problemi, mi ha mandato le foto dei mazzi, tra l'altro stupendi e nel giro di 15 minuti mi ha scritto che stava consegnando. Che dire, servizio impeccabile, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Critiche? Nessuna! Da oggi il mio fioraio preferito. Grazie mille!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Massimiliano was super nice, very efficient and very fast. I live in England and I called several florists to send flowers to a deceased friend, no one available to accept electronic payments, Massimiliano was very kind, I was able to make the PayPal payment without problems, he sent me the photos of the bouquets, including other wonderful and within 15 minutes he wrote me that he was delivering. What can I say, impeccable service, very kind and helpful staff. Criticisms? None! From today my favorite florist. Thanks so much!
