Ho chiamto per prenotare dei fiori circa alle 9:00 durante il giorno della festa della mamma ed i fiori sono stati recapitati circa alle 14:00.
Oltre ad apprezzare la celerità che in un giorno così impegnativo, ho apprezzato la gentilezza, la professionalità del personale.
I fiorni sono bellissimi e mia madre è stata veramemte felice, quindi, Grazie tante a tutto lo staff.

I called to book some flowers at around 9am on Mother's Day and the flowers were delivered around 2pm.
In addition to appreciating the speed that in such a busy day, I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
The flowers are beautiful and my mother was very happy, so, Thanks a lot to all the staff.
