Ho comprato un ricambio nuovo e nonostante abbiano visto che non era funzionante,non solo mi hanno fatto andare a Matera per ben 4 volte, alla fine me l'hanno sostituito con uno usato alla stessa cifra del nuovo. Alla faccia della professionalità e serietà!
My experience was bad. I bought a new spare part and although they saw that it was not working, not only did they make me go to Matera 4 times, in the end they replaced it with a used one at the same price as the new one. In the face of professionalism and seriousness!
