Ho telefonato per avvertire che sarei partita da Roma per andare a fare le bomboniere, scelte sul sito, per la comunione. Arriviamo e ci “accoglie” una signora che inizia a farmi vedere mille foto sul suo cellulare anziché i prodotti esposti. Inizio a girare per il negozio in cerca di altre idee, mi piacevano molte cose, ma ogni volta che chiedevo prezzo e come poteva venire la bomboniera si scocciava. Rispondeva sempre in modo superficiale e quasi nervoso, al che me ne sono andata molto irritata. Avrei comprato tutte le bomboniere e i sacchetti da lei, ma il suo modo di fare ha fatto sì che andassi altrove a spendere ben 500€. Credo che i clienti debbano sempre essere trattati col rispetto che meritano, come del resto deve fare il cliente stesso, ma soprattutto in piena pandemia dove guadagnare un solo euro è importante. I start wandering around the shop looking for other ideas, I liked a lot of things, but every time I asked for the price and how the favor could come, I was annoyed. She always responded in a superficial and almost nervous way, to which I left very irritated. I would have bought all the favors and bags from her, but her way of doing things meant that I went elsewhere to spend a whopping 500 €. I believe that customers must always be treated with the respect they deserve, as indeed the customer must do, but above all in the midst of a pandemic where earning just one euro is important. Never again! Really bad.
