★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produzione ottimi tortellini artigianali molto conosciuti. Locanda buona cucina prezzi in linea con la qualita' da provare sia come riferimento pranzo lavoro e come cena ( la cena richiede dei prezzi decisamente differenti. Cucina toscana e lombarda.
Production of excellent well-known artisan tortellini. Good food inn prices in line with the quality to try both as a reference for work lunch and as dinner (dinner requires very different prices. Tuscan and Lombard cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buoni tutti i tre gusti di ravioli ,ricotta e spinaci ,zucca dalla carne.A me piaciuti specialmente quelli alla carne che ho servito con un brodo fatto in casa da me.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo(sui 16 €al kg) ,te li consegnano surgelati in vaschette da 1/2 kg .Chiaramente sono fatti con aiuto delle macchine ,si vede dalla forma quadrata del raviolo (aiutavo la zia nel negozio di vicolo Pertusio dietro il Torrazzo ne facevo a quintali con raviolatrice industriale)e anche la pasta è un po 'alta di spessore e consistente a differenza dei classici tortelli con la coda che hanno una pasta sottilissima.Sono comunque molto buoni e simpatica e cortese la ragazza che li produce e vende. Bravi
Good all three flavors of ravioli, ricotta and spinach, pumpkin from the meat.I especially liked the meat ones that I served with a homemade broth by myself.Great value for money (about € 16 per kg), they deliver them to you frozen products in 1/2 kg trays. Clearly they are made with the help of machines, you can see from the square shape of the ravioli (I helped my aunt in the shop in Vicolo Pertusio behind the Torrazzo I used to make tons of them with an industrial ravioli machine) and pasta is also a a little high in thickness and consistent unlike the classic tortelli con la coda which have a very thin dough. However, the girl who produces and sells them is very good and nice and courteous. Well done
