I wanted to embark on a journey with Dr. Fiocca having read his curriculum vitae. Unfortunately I preferred to postpone because of his very rude secretary. I didn't feel like being followed into a studio with hostile attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato direttamente il dott fiocca avendo visto i commenti positivi, per un appuntamento. Al telefono simpatico e disponibile. Peccato che all'appuntamento, preso con 2 settimane di anticipo, non si è mai presentato, senza avvisare, posticipandolo al sabato dopo tramite la segretaria. Naturalmente opterò per un altro dottore, mi scoccia solo aver perso due settimane per niente.
I called Dr. fiocca directly, having seen the positive comments, for an appointment. Friendly and helpful on the phone. Too bad that the appointment, taken 2 weeks in advance, he never showed up, without warning, postponing it to the following Saturday through the secretary. Of course I will opt for another doctor, it just annoys me that I lost two weeks for nothing.
