Da subito appena mi hanno chiamato ho trovato una sig.ra molto gentile e mi ha fatto le solite domande di routine. Dopo alcuni giorni mi ha richiamato dicendomi che l'importo che avevo chiesto andava bene mi ha chiesto tutti i documenti necessari e glieli ho inviati. Passate alcune settimane ho avuto quello che ho chiesto, ma la cosa molto piacevole è stata la gentilezza e la professionalità della sig.ra che mi ha seguito. Se c'era la lode la lasciavo perchè veramente la professionalità e la gentilezza sono state ottime.
 My name is William months ago surfing on a social network I saw this branch and as I did the other times with others I asked for a quote for a loan. As soon as they called me I found a very nice lady and she asked me the usual routine questions. After a few days he called me back telling me that the amount I had asked for was fine, he asked for all the necessary documents and I sent them to him. After a few weeks I got what I asked for, but the very pleasant thing was the kindness and professionalism of the lady who followed me. If there was praise I left it because truly the professionalism and kindness were excellent.
