Durante la conversazione in autoscuola cancellano il mio indirizzo dicendomi che è meglio farsela arrivare sul posto… insisto spiegando loro che non passo molto da Cerea e ci tengo a ripetere l’indirizzo che avevano cancellato ma mi dicono che è tutto apposto.
Passano 15 e la patente non arriva. Chiamo in autoscuola e mi danno il nr verde anche questo sbagliato per sentire dove sia finita. Trovo il nr su internet chiamo l’assistenza ai rinnovi e mi dicono che l’indirizzo è stato fornito sbagliato… che strano…

I renewed my license asking for it to be sent to my home. During the conversation in the driving school they delete my address, telling me that it is better to have it arrive on the spot ... I insist by explaining to them that I don't spend much time at Cerea and I want to repeat the address they had deleted but they tell me that everything is fine.
15 pass and the license does not arrive. I call the driving school and they give me the green number also this wrong to hear where it is over. I find the number on the internet I call renewal assistance and they tell me that the address was provided wrong ... how strange ...
