Mandando i soldi su un conto inesistente... Ci sono voluti 6 mesi x chiuderla... 6 mesi con decine di telefonate e decine di visite in sede x risolvere un problema causato da loro... A star because less nn you can put .... Incompetence and arrogance in the pure state ... After having mistaken a practice in my name ... Sending money to a non-existent account ... It took 6 months to close it. .. 6 months with dozens of phone calls and dozens of site visits x solve a problem caused by them ...

Delusione totale e peggiorata negli anni findomestic, oltre tutto sono stata sempre regolare nei miei pagamenti. Mai più!!!!!! Due to their mistake, I keep paying, making a loan infinite. F	FRANCESCO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A casoria la sede della Findomestic e’ presente un personaggio che ha zero come professionalità e modi di fare,mi riferisco al signore con pochi capelli che danno sul rossastro,per intenderci quello grasso. Prima del mio arrivo stava litigando con due piovere persone,ma con dei modi arroganti!!! Per quanto riguarda me praticamente per il solo fatto che si scocciasse di alzarsi dalla sedia non mi ha voluto dare il bancomat… è un tipo inqualificabile!!! Per fortuna gli altri impiegati non sono così come questo personaggio!!! In Casoria the Astrofinance headquarters there is a character who has zero in terms of professionalism and ways of doing things, I refer to the gentleman with little hair that looks reddish, so to speak the fat one. Before my arrival he was arguing with two raining people, but with some arrogant ways !!! As for me practically for the mere fact that he was bothered to get up from his chair he did not want to give me the ATM… he is an unspeakable type !!! Luckily the other employees are not like this character !!!

Una persona arrogante, presuntuosa, e con pochissima professionalità, non so in base a cosa sia stato assunto. Giustamente lui mi diceva che per questioni di privacy lui non poteva darmi informazioni in quanto non ero l'intestataria della pratica, ma io volevo semplicemente fare una domanda per poi spiegare a mia madre il da farsi, ma lui non mi ha dato neanche il tempo di parlare che mi ha attaccata dandomi della stolta che non comprendeva l'italiano, tutto ciò alterandosi, con modi del tutto sbagliati e con toni troppo elevati. Ovviamente abbiamo discusso a telefono e mi ha letteralmente attaccato il telefono, spero che sia tutto registrato e che venga risentita la conversazione così da allontanare immediatamente una persona del genere da questa banca. Se mi sta leggendo le dico solo che se fossi in lei cambierei mestiere, perchè una persona che si pone così al pubblico non può esercitare questo lavoro. Le dirò di più mi fa anche tenerezza perchè immagino la frustrazione che si porta dentro, sicuramente troppa.
