L	Loretta Costa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clienti da tantissimi anni, mi contattano loro proprio perché a detta loro siamo i clienti perfetti, la pratica va buon fine, la consulente Antonella all'inizio gentilissima e disponibile, quando poi ho avuto bisogno di un informazione riguardante il bonifico da me effettuato per chiudere una carta, più sentita ne per telefono, né per mail, volevo semplicemente sapere se il tutto era andato a buon fine, ma niente, quando poi mi ha risposto il consulente di nome Massimo mi ha addirittura attaccato il telefono in faccia, maleducato e arrogante come pochi, spero vivamente che chi di dovere prenda provvedimenti verso questa persona, che assolutamente non è in grado di tenere rapporti con la clientela, dopotutto volevo solo sapere se avevano ricevuto il bonifico e se dovevo fare altro per chiudere la carta. Informazione che poi una signorina gentilissima, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome(ero troppo arrabbiata)mi ha dato e che ringrazio moltissimo, ci vorrebbero più persone così.
